Square Cash Drawer Not Tracking Anymore

Every since Square had their little meltdown a couple months ago, our Square Cash drawer hasn't been tracking. It either resets itself or logs itself out, failing to record what the expected cash amount should be.

 

Anybody else experience this or have a solution? All our connections are secure and working otherwise.

Hello @JHPArtGallery, I am sorry you are having issues with your cash drawer. We have not had reports of this issue but that definitely sounds glitchy. If you are using an IOS device, I would delete and reinstall the Square app, also disconnect and reconnect the drawer afterwards. Make sure your device and app are updated as well. If the issue continues let our support team know, 1-855-700-6000, squ.re/contactsqsupport.

They can investigate this further and file a ticket with our engineers if needed. I hope you get this resolved immediately. If you need anything don't hesitate to reach out.
