Square terminal log in/clock in disappeared and replaced with time clock. How can employees clockin?
Square terminal log in/clock in disappeared and replaced with time clock. How can employees clockin?
It worked fine yesterday, and employees could click on the log in on the top eight of the square terminal screen and enter their code to clock in. Now, it shows a clock icon and when I click on it, it just shows my name and a button to clock in.
Anyone have a solution? I called support and she was clueless.

Hey there @Rkcbd - Sorry Support wasn't able to help you with this.
Sounds like Passcodes are turned off in your device settings. Once enabled, you'll see the Log in button again with the option to clock in/out.
To enable Passcodes from your Square app:
- Visit Settings in the navigation menu.
- Tap Passcodes > toggle Passcodes on.
