The credit card format is showing incorrectly on the POS. Why?

i have only one credit card that when i manually enter the account #  it enters like this below instead of set of 4 numbers all other cards enter with set of 4 can you help.                             9999 999999 99999

Hi @cgonzalez- That's a strange one. I haven't' heard of that happening before.

Try going through these troubleshooting steps and see if they help. If not, go ahead and reach out to our CS team so they can look into it a bit more with you.
