"Options" is no longer a working option when adding an item

A few days ago the ability to add options stopped showing up on our square register.  When I log in from a computer to do it the options are all grayed out.  Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @TSH-

Can you take a screenshot of the "Options" you're referring to and post it here? I'm not sure I know exactly which section you're talking about.
