Trying to input items on the purchase order

Ok we are having some trouble when we are adding our items to our purchase orders. When we type the item describtion into the search bar and get ready to select the item we are having difficulties. If you try to select right on the item it will select the item above. You have to press below the item discription so that it selects the right one. We only started having this problem when we updated our iPads. 

Anyone else having this issue?

That sounds strange. Does this happen across all of your devices that you use to input items? Have you tried any troubleshooting?
