Why isn't my new phone, Samsung s21 USB compatible for my square pos

Hi @Moemoe17. You didn’t say, but I’m guessing that your question is about using a Square card reader with your Samsung S21? If so, then according to this Square device compatibility page, the only S21 compatible reader is the one shown in the photo below. Square does not have a USB card reader for any device.
