Website shop bugs

I am trying to figure out why jewelry items from another store is showing up on my anchor site. I have removed the **bleep** categories and the items and the website entirely and still this link is showing up and being crawled. I need the robots.txt to disallow all items starting with shop.

seriously what a horrible system. I need to remove the online shop completely. and I need to know how to transfer my domain to a workable hosting environment because this weebly **bleep** sucks
