Why is Square closed today and our contractor payments have not been taken out?

Good Morning, 

Square typically pulls money out of our account the day after we submit our contractor payments. We have payments processing for tomorrow and Thursday, and the money has not been pulled yet. Any one else experience this? 

In addition, I called the support line, and the offices are closed today. Does anyone know why?

We weren't closed yesterday but judging by the time of your post it looks like you may of reached out outside of our normal business hours.

Our phone team is available 6am-6pm PST. You can give them a call within that timeframe to have one of our Payroll specialists take a look!

I just called and its 12 noon recording say closed call back can some one from square contact me I have issues

@Gotpicz We experienced an outage today related to logins. Unfortunately we had to shut off phones to control call volume, but now we're back up and running. 

You should be able to call now.
