We have two options on our booking site, one requires pre-payment and the other does not. We've found a few times that a prepaid appointment comes through and is showing in the appointments app as a balance due. But if you dig into the client info you see it's actually paid. On the desktop site it also says paid.
Why is this happening? It's confusing some of our employees and they are asking for payment at time of service. Here are some screen shots.
