expired order

I have two online orders (different customers) placed and within a few hours automatically expire before I had a chance to go in and accept them.  This is random because I have had other order successfully come through and give me the amount of time as I have selected in the setup settings.  The settings I have selected give me up to 5days to ship and 1 day for pickup.  I spoke to Square support about the first time it happened and they could not figure out why but now it has happened again so I need to figure out what is causing this???   TIA!

@klijewski Hmm, with Square's new Weebly powered Online Store sellers can take as long as they want to fulfill orders and they don't expire. 

 

We've since migrated majority of Sellers over to the new platform - are you still operating your store using the legacy platform?

Hmm, do you hit this blue button from the Online Store tab in Dashboard when managing your site? It's the portal to the New Square Online Store powered by Weebly.
