HI, I just set up a square stand and contactless reader, I also installed a printer just so I would have something to give the customer as alot of my customers want a written receipt. But when I run the sale it doesn't give me the option to print, am I missing something? thanks for your help

@champayne, What printer do you have? is it connected to the Square stand via USB or is it an Ethernet printer? You have to set it up in the settings of Square POS app.

Hi it is a star sxp 100 and has a usb connected to the stand, when I first plugged it in the stand the stand reconized it but it doesn't show when sale is finished it just says email or text receipt. thanks for your help
