Hi! Everytime anyone tries to order from our website, when they go to click "buy", it says "Not Available" and then the price. In the item editor, it is labeled as available. What is happening? How do I fix this?

Hello @RedSchoolCandle! When you look at these items in "site items" in Square Online, are they marked as visible? Is your "item type" listed as "physical"? Are your stock totals updated? Items may not show if you don't have them listed as "in stock" in your online store, unless you have "Display out of stock items on site" selected.
All of those things are yes. It's the buy button on the item itself that says "Not Available."
