Im a new business owner of a plumbing company that decided to use square for my business and im having some issues. As a professional plumber of 16 yrs it has always been standard procedure to collect a signature before and after the job is complete. Im not finding where i can get a client signature for any invoice. I just dont want this to come back and bite me in the rear. Can someone please help? Please show me how to obtain a signature that will show that the client has agreed to the charges and authorized the work to be completed.
