Drawer Report Export and Payout Export

Hello
Looking for an export option for the Drawer Report. This is a fantastic feature already on the square but without an export option it is painful. Being able to just export that info to be used in our filing would be amazing for businesses like mine that do daily payouts. I found a post about it from 2017 in the forum and people are still asking for it today.

Hello @terracotta- I appreciate your patience, I know not having certain functions can definitely be a hindrance to your business. We have made some changes to our feature request process in an effort to track and streamline these requests better. I will ask if you can submit this on our Ideate Board, our new process of tracking requests. I know this is a pain but for now, this will be the best way for our Product Team to see this feedback. I really appreciate you sticking with us and working with us to get this figured out.

Hey there, @MADBros - 

I merged the other thread you mentioned in your post to this request, so our Product Team can see how long this has been request by our sellers. It will show the volume of sellers interested too. 

Right now, this isn't planned by the Product Team for the roadmap. 

Keep an eye out for any status changes throughout this process.

Cash Drawer Question.... Anyway to export the Cash Drawer Descriptions?

Square lets us put in the Cash Drawer Description which is great.  So I thought this would be great to enter when we close early or did not open because of bad weather etc.   Could also help when all of a sudden it was overly busy to find out the Local College had Home Coming Weekend.   Make a Description Note Great Weekend Homecoming remember for next year... watch for Home Coming flyers etc.  

So I want to export the cash drawer notes, but see there is no export there, and no way to enter notes for a day we closed early or the weather was great and sales were up.   There are so many different factors that could help / or hurt sales for a Retail store and notes like this would help especially since we can not have a monthly calendar in Square to do this either.  The Notes Section of the Cash Drawer would fill that gap if we could export it to make our own graph and reports with Excel.

HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS IF COME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS FROM A REPORTING PERSPECTIVE RELATED TO TAXES AND LAWS, ARE NOT AVAILABLE ???

HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES IT TAKE OVER SIX, YES 6, YEARS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A TAX-IMPLICATIVE, LEGAL ISSUE FOR YOU TO DO ANYTHING?

ALL OF US WHO ARE GETTING AUDITED, AND YET STILL, NO RESPONSE. NO CHANGE. 

IT'S EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND QUITE FRANKLY, DISAPPOINTING.

IT'S SAD TO SAY, BUT TIME TO MOVE ON TO ORGANIZATIONS WHO ACTUALLY MAKE CHANGES TO THE SOFTWARE ABOUT FUNCTIONS THAT HAVE SERIOUS IMPLICATIONS.

+1 re exporting cash drawers

This is a basic but very important functionality.

It concerns me that Square won't act on this after 6 years of requests.

Not being able to export the cash drawer report is really an oversite.  The data is right there on my screen --  I just want it in a .csv like all the other report exports that Square offers.
