They square register is a decent design but it's touchscreen is awful and very unresponsive, however the customer display with the register is AMAZING.
The iPad with the square stand is AMAZING, however with the iPad the customer facing display is lost, which allows the customer to see the order as it is being rung up, and takes the customer through the pay/tip/sign flow.

My suggestion is to simply allow the customer facing display to work with iPads. Or at least allow any other option for a customer display that offers these same functions such as the same ipad setup or even a square terminal.
