Change terminology on contracts

We use square contracts with our invoicing for our building rental.  It would be nice to be able to edit/change the terms  "Client" and "Contract" to something else (like "Renter" and "Agreement") - the line on the contract reads:

This contract is between <business name> (the "Business") and <contact> (the "Client") dated 01/01/2024.

we would like to be able to have it read:

This agreement is between <business name> (the "Business") and <contact> (the "Renter") dated 01/01/2024.

But that does not appear to be editable
