We currently have the ability for customers paying invoices to earn loyalty rewards. However, there is no way for the customer to redeem loyalty points against invoices.
When our customer wants to use their loyalty discount we need to manually remove the points. When we remove the points manually there is no option under points adjustment- removal to notate that the points were actually used. Ideally it would be nice. if customers could use the points against their invoice.. but if we need to do it by hand, it would be nice if there was an open field in points adjustment so we can write how the points where used.
