Customers receiving notifications for orders already picked up

We've been having issues where our customers are getting pickup notifications for orders that were picked up already.  Some of these orders were picked up weeks ago.  As a result there have a couple of instances where we have fulfilled orders twice.  Is any one else having this issue?
