Does Square have plans to make the online platform more food service friendly?

We have had numerous issues with the Square online platform showing delays when I toggle the system off and turn it back on.  At times we have to shut our online system off because of high volume and days we are closed to avoid orders being placed. When we toggle the system back on we oftentimes see up to a 10 hour delay in the system showing we are accepting orders again.  We have lost hundreds of dollars in sales. Is anyone else having these issues? Is Square/weebly working towards making things directed more toward food service?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Square Online Store. This should not be happening, my best suggestion is to contact our Customer Support Center so they can take a look at your account in depth. I would also consider exploring Square for Restaurants, it may be useful for your business. Let me know if you have any other questions.
