Is it possible to change the font of your header and footer?

Hi everyone!

I'm just getting started setting up my site. Does anyone know, is it possible to change the font in your header and footer? Particularly the navigation section of each. I have a custom font I was planning on using for the rest of my site, and feel like it would look a lot better if it was all matching. I don't see an option to change the font for the header and footer so wasn't sure if that was possible?
