Customers are able to choose how their items are sorted on the website (A-Z, popular, newest, etc.) but it would be helpful if we could choose which one is the default. Manually sorting the items in a category is a slow process and often results in an error message or failure to actually load the items so they can be sorted. Fixing this issue would allow our customers to see what we want them to see first and it would also make it easier for them to find new items.
