Why did my bulk scheduled item visibility fail and my items won't load at all?
I always schedule a large item update for visibility and tonight it failed. I can't get any new items to publish to my online store.
I've tried creating a new category, making sure sync is toggled ON to automatically set to visible. Nothing works.

I suggest starting out with the troubleshooting steps for Non-visible Items in Square Online listed here. If this doesn't improve things, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here for further assistance. It's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and items with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
