Issue with Square Register reverting back from printing 58mm to 80mm

I want to report a bug with the Square Register and Printer Profiles. Occasionally our Square Register would revert back to printing 80mm (even though the setting is still set to 58mm). 

To work around this we have to set the size to 80mm and then revert back to 58mm but would love to get someone to look into fixing this since its a pain for me to teach all the employees about the workaround and stalls us and the line especially when it happens during busy times.
