Square terminal text box modifier

Hello,  I am looking for a way to add a text box modifier to our square terminal items.  For example: I want a text box that has a label "Program Name" where a staff member can type the name of the program in.  I see that there is a way to do it from the online store, but not on the terminal.  Any help would be appreciated.

Within the app we do not have the text box modifier option like Square Online. You do have the options to create a modifier and apply to all, or specific items. Or do we have note option during checkout. 

I certainly see how beneficial a feature like that would be! I would encourage you to submit feature request. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers’ interest in your request.

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it)
