My returning customer count seems low compared to new customers. Is this a good or bad thing>

Hey @stevensa,
This is definitely an opinion based question so there wouldn't be any wrong answers but I think that's a good thing!
Keeping customers happy and having them return lets you know you're doing something right.
As for getting new customers, maybe seek out some options on how to advertise the business or get word out there! (social media/referral based incentives/etc)

I've been in business a long time so I have the advantage of building my base over years but checking my new/returning ratio I'm about 4 to 1, new to returning over the last year. Keep in mind I've only been using Square for a couple of years so I'm sure some of my 'new' customers might be returning just over a longer period not seen by Square.
I have no idea on a desirable ratio but keep in mind it takes a while to build up that base and having a good flow of new customers is very good as long as you can retain them.
