I want to track stock and always make an item available to purchase even if 0 stock.
I need to make an item available to order even if I do not have current stock available. such as items stocked at the manufacturer. i do not want to turn tracking off as I still want to track stock when I do have the item. I just do not want it to default to unavailable or out of stock on the site.
