Customers that have been set for auto payments are not getting charged. Their cards are on file. Do they have to do something on their end to pay it?

Hey @Wolfy71 - Is this happening with all of your Recurring Invoices or just some of them? If just some of them, can you confirm that the Invoices for this month are getting sent out? You can do this by going to your Recurring Invoices > select series > View Invoices. If it just says Recurring and no recent ones that say Paid, this means the Invoices weren't sent yet and so the card wasn't charged.
