Purchased exactly one year ago, took me a few months to get the Square service going. Now used reader about 35 times and having a connection problem. I am using a cell phone in our shop to collect the information. Tied your online tips, no help; just uninstalled and reinstalled the Sq app

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with your reader @Daulot! These troubleshooting tips should help resolve any connection issues. Have you tried resetting your reader and turning your phone off and turning it back on again? Once you've tried resetting the reader let me know if you are seeing any lights when you turn the reader on again!
