I’ve been using square store for my online events for the past 3 yrs.. now suddenly most customers are unable to complete their orders..
Im having to send invoices to everyone.. much too time consuming..this has just been within the last week or so.
anyone else?.. help!!

Hey @lesanicely - That doesn't sound right. I have a few questions so we can help narrow down the issue. Do you have any details on your customers' experience when attempting to check out? Are they seeing any error messages? How far into the checkout process are they able to get before they run into trouble?

They got a message asking them to input their business info-
one gal said it was as if they were being asked to join square as a business, she is now getting emails about square..
( not a happy customer)

Hm... that's strange. I wonder if they're going to the correct place to purchase. Have you happened to test it yourself and run into the same issue? If so, do you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're running into or have any of your customers sent you screenshots?
