Error Message Attachment "could not fine page"

I keep getting error message when trying to view attachment added to invoice "Could not find page"

Did you try logging out and back in from your dashboard?  Usually when I find that happening in the invoice system, I've left my dashboard up for too long, and I need to sign back in again.

I have been getting the same message. I have logged out and back in. Still getting message. 

 

PAGE NOT FOUND

We couldn't find that page.

Sorry, we couldn’t find what you were looking for.

Sorry to hear you're still seeing this error message @charliestrophie. Can you try these browser troubleshooting steps? What's the file type that you're trying to open, e.g. PDF/JPG? 

 

If those steps don't fix this please reply here with the name and version of the browser you're using, and a screenshot of the error message too. With that we can investigate.
