Has anyone else been experiencing their clients getting reminder messages at the wrong day and time?
I have had clients get their reminder messages say they were scheduled but their appointments werent until the following week or two.

Hi @EricaM28! Welcome to the Seller Community.
I know that they do get an initial message once the appointment is booked to confirm they booked it. Is it showing the wrong date or time in the messaging?
