I am having trouble downloading the square app. I go the App Store and it tells me to verify my payment into from my Apple ID. My credit card is listed but my only choices are to delete it or go back which takes me into the whole cycle again. What should I do to get the app on my iphone6?

Any help appreciated as I can't reach a customer support person.
