Sorry for the late reply, and hopefully you've figured it out already.  All you have to do is log in with your email address and password that you set up the account with and all will automatically be restored from Square's cloud service.

If for some reason it doesn't, let us know. It's usually a matter of just making sure you're logged into the correct account and correct location.

I just started an account a few days ago. Taken two payments the first day and had to get a new phone. Downloaded app logged back in and zero balance...

Do you have multiple emails you've signed up with Square? It sounds like you logged in with one that was different than the one you used to take payments.
