Loyalty: I'm unable to redeem rewards

when we click to the redeem rewards link nothing happens.  since the last upgrades the rewards program is really buggy

I'm sorry to hear about this @JuliaQ. If you haven't already could you try these troubleshooting steps for your device and for the Point of Sale app? If there is a glitch in the app or with your device those steps should help to resolve it.  

 

If the issue persists, or you've already completed these steps, please make a note of any transaction where you weren't able to redeem a reward for a customer — and then call our Customer Success team. They'll be able to take a closer look on the back end to investigate this further.
