Orders from Woocommerce being imported as "custom amount"?

All of the orders coming in from my WooCommerce shop are being imported into Square as "custom amount" with no other details. I assume it is because I have shipping applied and Square doesn't know what to do with it. Are there any settings I can change in either Square or Woocommerce so that those orders are imported with all the proper information (i.e. items, shipping amount, discounts, etc.)?

Thanks for reaching out. The ability to change what displays for imported WooCommerce payments (e.g. add additional details) isn't available at this time. A few other sellers have brought up this request in other threads. For more information have a look here: Can I turn off the custom amount option?

 

You may want to reach out to WooCommerce directly for more details on how to manage reporting for these sales. Sorry for any frustration—hope this helps get you in the right direction!
