I need help! We just bought a new Knoica Minolta Bizhub 3851FS for our office and connected it to our network; Now, whenever I turn on my Square Terminal (connected through Wi-Fi) my printer goes into error mode, saying "That IP address is already in use....." and I can no longer print to our Konica Minolta printer. When I turn off the Terminal, our printer works fine. Is this a printer issue, or a Square Terminal issue?

Hello @shardyer! Really sorry for the confusion but currently you can connect a compatible printer to your Terminal via USB or ethernet — but that specific printer isn't compatible with the Terminal.
Here is a list of compatible printers (see the column in the far right): Hardware compatibility by device. That list is updated when any new printers are supported.

The man who set up our printer told me I can just change the IP address of our printer, and avoid this.

Interesting! Can you reply here to let us know if that did the trick?
