Why isn't my online booking site showing services or staff?

I'm sorry to hear that @blackdiamondbea! If your serivces or staff aren't showing on I recommend the following:

  1. Making sure you've signed in to your online Square Dashboard with the correct email address and password, in case you have two separate accounts.
  2. Check that you're viewing the correct location for your business. From the Online Booking section of your Dashboard click the box in the upper left to switch between locations.
  3. If you disabled your Online Booking site in the past you can reactivate. Click Online Booking > Visibility and Display > Reactivate Now

I also recommend checking your subscription is active from the Account & Settings section of your Dashboard.
