I want to follow up on case number 73056061.
It is regarding a recuring bug that under calculates Sales Tax on singular items in the POS, against the settings. A flaw that if it continues will cause me to leave Square as it is a fundamental basic feature. A simple calculator with tax function won't mess this up.
I was given a case number and have received absolutely no follow up. Where does one go to get resolution, as the chat bots don't recognize case numbers as thing?
