Appointments: Is there a way to send a follow up text or email?

i download appointment app on my phone. i run an auto detailing company and want to add what each package involves but it take to long to type on the phone when i can just go on my computer and type it in. i dont see where i can do that? i see a spot of items but not services.

 

also is there a way to set up follow up email and text  48 hours after their service automatically?

I am looking for a way to follow up with my clients, post appointment so we can improve our services as suggested. We also want feedback on our product that we are selling. Is there a way to send out automatic follow up messages? 

Is there a site you partner with that offers follow up messaging?

Hello! I'm trying to figure out how to create an automated email that goes out after a client has left their appointment (at some point within 24 hours). I had this feature with Acuity and I miss it, because it was a great way to follow up and ask for referrals and/or reviews. Does Square even offer this, and if so, how do i do it?

Thanks @AshleyK - looks like this has been a consistent request for nearly 2 years and that's a long time. Any idea when or if this will be made available? This is a deal breaker for me, tbh.

Knowing square it probably is not going to happen. Everything is a feature request and they do nothing about it. Creating packages and being able to track them is a feature request, doing actual subscription memberships is a feature request, color coding appointments is a feature request, automatic follow ups email or text is a feature request... the list is never ending and has all been asked for years ago without any action from square.

appointment NEEDS to have tis. As a mobile detailer, follow-ups are key to my success.

Another vote for this. It would be a big benefit to me

Need a follow up email/text available to automatically go out AFTER an appointment.  Would like to encourage client to leave review, tip, etc. and possibly rebook.  Why isn't this a reality yet - this feature has been requested for over 2 years now.  Want to stick with Square, but might have to go with a competitor soon if it's not fixed soon.  Thanks,
