Appointments: Is there a way to send a follow up text or email?

i download appointment app on my phone. i run an auto detailing company and want to add what each package involves but it take to long to type on the phone when i can just go on my computer and type it in. i dont see where i can do that? i see a spot of items but not services.

 

also is there a way to set up follow up email and text  48 hours after their service automatically?

Facts. 3 Years and this isn't a thing yet? My company will be switching platforms soon because of this feature. 

Wow still nothing huh and I feel you legend1 I will be switching to something better soon too. Not having basic features to provide customer service is irritating. 

Any update on this follow up email or text feature

Is this not a possible option yet to send a follow up after the client's appointments? I pay for square marketing and texting and this seem like there is no feature yet. Unless I can set it up myself via square texting but that requires a lot of time and money as you charge per text sent. Are there any updates to the system?

I understand your frustration not having this feature yet, and can see how having the ability to send out automatic follow ups for appointments would be useful. I can assure you that we're advocating for the suggestions we receive here, and we appreciate you letting us know that this is still something you hope we improve.

Wow, square really needs to speed updates on roll outs for the simple things. You guys are about to start charging everyone to have service they already have but have failed to roll out something so simple as follow up emails. This has been a request since 2018, that is pretty poor service in my opinion if square is positioning itself as a one stop shop.
