Customer Texting/Store Number

I recently switched over to square for my store and I love it!

The only thing that is missing that I really enjoyed from my other system was customer texting. The platform gave me a phone number that customers can text about orders, about items, about appointments etc. Does square do this? I am aware of text marketing, but that is for us to send things out. I think it would be ideal for customers to be able to text us with any questions.. because email response isn't always fast!

Totally understand the convenience of texting customers. Although we don't have such a feature, you might be interested Direct Messing using the Customer Directory. More here.
