Customer is getting an error "no tax rate found fo...

When my customer went to go checkout it wouldn't let her saying "No tax rate found for your region". How can I fix this, I tried it on my end and I didn't get the error. She is in the US and she got this before even putting in her address.

@amin1222 Is she using some sort of VPN service? This would make her look like she is from another country/region to the servers, thus it would not find a tax rate for her. If she is not sure, I would have her try from a different computer/phone or browser, or temporarily disable the virtual private network to complete the transaction.
