We added 3 new items to our online square store and when people are trying to purchase these items it is telling them "We failed to process your order at this moment. Please try again." Do you know why this is happening?

That sounds strange @Kristimcq — that error usually means the card payment was declined. Square isn't informed the exact reason a card is declined but if your customer calls their bank they should be able to learn more about what happened.
If this continues to happen with the exact same three items can you reply here with the names of the items so we can investigate?
