Payroll: How can I change/update a pay run?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Pay roll wrong data

 

Hello ! I just realized that i input my employees hours in a wrong way, like extras hours 😞 but are normal hours and more, I running my payroll...Can I update ?? How can I procede ??

@doggyfunhouse You can cancel a pay run from your Payroll Dashboard on the same day that you run payroll.

 

However, in your case as you submitted the pay run yesterday/the day before go ahead and call our Customer Success team. A Payroll Specialist can cancel or delete the pay run so you can re-submit it with corrections.

Hi.  I ran payroll this morning and forgot to reduce one of my employees hours so I would like to cancel her single payroll check so I can rerun it correctly.  

 

Please advise if you have run into this.

Link in this "help" thread is broken and payroll dash board appears to no longer offer ability to cancel same day as of today. I've used it in the past and now its nowhere to be found?
